* Transaction fee: By (successful) transaction, we mean a complete
query/response connection to the bank, independent of the actual content of the
bank response, that can be positive or negative. If the merchant works in 2
steps (authorization followed, at a later stage, by the actual payment -data
capture- or a cancellation) only one transaction is billed for the two
operations. Only advanced maintenance operations such as authorization renewals
or partial payments are billed as independent transactions. In order to
satisfy the requirements of merchants in terms of the price per transaction, we
offer a choice between a percentage of the transaction amount or a fixed fee per
transaction. The merchant chooses the most interesting option for him and this
is configured in the system as a parameter.
The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
The cost of changing the subscription is 100 EUR excluding VAT,
excluding the change in subscription and transaction charge. This modification
can be requested at any time and will take effect the following month.
The prices do not include any commissions that may be charged by
the acquiring financial institutions.
